Bloodshot eyes are fairly common and not much cause for concern on their own. However, the most important thing to remember when dealing with bloodshot eyes is that there shouldn’t be any pain or loss of vision. As long as you’re not experiencing discomfort you’ve likely just irritated your eye in one way or another. But the second you start losing your vision and it’s painful, you need to get it checked immediately.
