If you’re like most people, you will have more apps and windows open than you ever need. This leads to problems when you are toggling between applications. The slow way is to click on each window until you find the right one. You can also toggle using command+tab, but that is also a little slow. Instead, three-finger swipe up or hit the F3 key. This will engage Exposé, where you will see every window in one view. Click the one you want to navigate there.
