Of all the tricks El Capitan does that I use all the time, finding my cursor is an hourly event. The best part is, the action is natural. To find your cursor you move the cursor quickly with your trackpad or mouse. The cursor grows in size for a second, making it easy to locate. It goes back to normal right away.
