As I mentioned before, being an adult means that sometimes you might not get the best night of sleep. Whether it’s due to work, children, or just plain old stress, sometimes it just happens. Although, if you’re constantly struggling to fall asleep you might have too much cortisol, which is the stress hormone. If left uncheck, it can compound to create a much larger issue like a weak immune system.
