Wow, life can be pretty hectic! I think it is time to step back and realize how we all just need to take it easy; slow down a little. Check out what yoga classes are available near you. Maybe your gym offers yoga. If you aren’t a gym kind of person or prefer working out at home, find a class online! It’s a great way to get in a 30 minute gentle stretch, one hour Vinyasa Flow or an ass kicker Ashtanga class. Yoga is a game changer. If you are feeling a little bitchy, stressed or simply need a way to help you relax, just do some yoga. It really re-grounds me and reminds me to BREATHE!!! This is something so primal, yet we all get too stressed and busy to remember to breathe deeply. Wait until you are finished with a class! True bliss!

Foot massages? Really? Hey this sounds so simple and a little silly, but I’ve been loving my nightly foot cream massages. I go to bed clean with fresh feet and who doesn’t like soft fee? Tea tree, peppermint goat’s milk foot cream is the way to go. I’ve been living beach side lately which means sandals, flip-flops, barefeet and cracked heels. Maybe you are coming out of the winter months and just need to freshen’ up those toes? No one likes cracked heels. It hurts horribly and isn’t so pretty.
