Holding the title for the world’s longest neck is the 16-year-old Lyudmila Titchenkova from Ukraine. It’s apparently due to Marfan’s Syndrome which affects the connective tissues and that combined with something with Lyudmila’s spine has caused her elongated neck. The issues would’ve been problematic, but luckily she’s had extensive surgeries that seem to have corrected the problem.
