The future of wearables in their current form is bleak. In fact, when they finally mature they probably won’t be wearables anymore. We’ll wear them, but we won’t call them that. We’ll call them crazy names like, shirt, pants, hat, tattoo, you know… crazy stuff like that. Today’s wearable technology will look like steampunk machinery in about ten years.
