AIDS Vaccine

You may have missed it, but humans produced a vaccine way back in 2012, called SAV001. It has progressed from animal trials into humans, all the way through phase three trials with no adverse symptoms or reactions. The boosts to human immunities are significant enough that a commercially available version will hit the pharmacological shelves in 2017. While nobody is saying we’ve cured AIDS, the writing appears to be on the wall for the worst virus of our time.
