To be fair, this technology isn’t new. 100% Sapphire screens are nearly indestructible, but they are not cheap. There’s a good chance you’re reading this on a screen covered a thin layer of Sapphire but forget about making screens that don’t break when you drop them. Developers are using Graphene, the super material of the new millennia, in new super thin, flexible E-paper screens. More than one of the screens in your life in 2017 may bend it like Beckham.
